Eileen has held the position of Senior Principle Multi-Discipline Engineer at Raytheon since 1982. She graduated from Penn State with her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1981 and with her Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1987. Before joining Raytheon, she worked as a COOP student at Burroughs Corporation for 6 months per year from 1977-1980 and as an Engineer at Texas Instruments from 1981-1982.
Throughout her time at Raytheon, Eileen has had a number of duties related to writing and communication; some of them include: Digital Circuit Design, Proposal Input, Systems Design, and various Personnel-related tasks. She has reviewed many resumes for prospective employees, conducted in-plant interviews, written hire/no hire recommendations based on the results of the interviews, and has provided annual performance appraisal inputs on all of the employees working under her.
